Health information is treated as “special personal information” under POPIA and requires additional safeguards. Where health information is shared with us as part of a signed client, patient support or clinical trial engagement, that processing is governed by a separate agreement (and, where applicable, additional consent) and is not covered by this website Privacy Policy.
